SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Where is the item coming from? Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Depending on inventory availability, some products may be shipped from our partner warehouse in the United States. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
- Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost? We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
- How long my order will take to be delivered? We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence as not all of our merchandise ships from the same warehouse. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after placement. Once processed, orders are shipped on the next business day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

Prices displayed on our website do not include import duties or customs taxes. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. - Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
- Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

If your package is delayed, lost during transit, or returned by the shipping carrier, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
