2. Engraving Details (Optional): Let us know if you'd like your pet's name or a special word engraved on the back.
3. Design Approval: We'll send you a sketch of the design for your approval before we begin carving — nothing moves forward until you love it.
4. Handcrafting Begins: Our artist will begin the hand-carving and sculpting process, bringing your beloved pet to life in leather.
5. Carefully Packaged & Shipped: Once complete, your custom keychain will be beautifully packaged and sent on its way to you.

Return & Remake Policy:

Each of our custom leather pieces is handcrafted with care and made just for you. As such, we cannot accept returns or refunds on custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Should any quality issue arise, we’ll be happy to remake your piece at no extra cost.
